Skills for Effective Living in Divorce and Separation

NW Family Psychology is offering an 8 week skills-based group psychotherapy program for parents with children navigating a difficult divorce and separation.

The curriculum will cover fundamental skills needed to more effectively manage a difficult co-parenting relationship and help protect important parent-child relationships. This includes risk and protective factors to healthy child development in divorce and separation, effective co-parenting models that are designed to manage and prevent the escalation of conflict, and strategies to protect important parent-child relationships.  Parents will be provided practical skills to address these concerns.

The group starts November 4th. For more information please visit our website, or call our office.
