Parenting Plan Guide

Models can be used to help guide in construction of developmentally appropriate parenting plans when working through divorce or separation.

We recognize that there is no one size-fits-all parenting plan, and that no standard document should replace sound legal advice or guidance obtained from a professional, or direct orders from a court of law.

We encourage those inquiring to seek legal or other professional guidance while developing their parenting time schedules and/or resolving their parenting plan conflict(s) as necessary.

Note: Each parenting case is unique. A professional may or may not advise you consistent with the information contained in this guide.
