F. Nuri Kahn, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and provides counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults seeking treatment for a wide range of clinical issues including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, impulse control, chronic illness, phobias, and relationship discord. Nuri’s clinical approach is steeped in evidence-based practices and includes cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, solution-focused brief therapy, trauma-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy.
Nuri is currently completing the final year of a doctorate in clinical behavioral health at Arizona State University with specialization in the integrated treatment of comorbid behavioral and medical health conditions.
Additional areas of special interest include working with military veterans and other persons seeking treatment for trauma and adjustment-related challenges.
Nuri is an associate member of the American Psychological Association and a clinical fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
